under the Unified Test Criteria [UTC] on the targeted
devices, or family of devices. RelQ receives handsets
directly from the UTI Members [Nokia, Sony Ericcson, Motorola,
Siemens and Vodafone]. When needed, RelQ also purchases
handsets directly from the market. So far,RelQ has been
able to source handsets from markets like Singapore, UK,
France, USA, etc., depending on the need.
